Avantages
There are no pros now company is sinking no good management slowly all senior heads are leaving last 2 Years CEO HR COO no culture left to stay once upon a time everyone was happy but now everyone and felt secured and were positive to work but now everyone is looking out
Inconvénients
Situation is becoming bad, no one senior is to take care everyone saving their jobs bad management we don’t feel secure to raise issues to HR as there is no HR senior Head and HRBP are not at all available to help they are biased with managers, everyone is looking for job outside, previously we knew that of we go to HR there will be fairness but there is fear now to speak managers say AI will take our jobs
