      Avantages

      it is a small firm that focuses on attention to detail and good work. Associates and support staff are good people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      no CSR, no training, no work life balance, monotonous work. There is no emphasis given to anything else but work.

      Avantages

      I set my own schedule. I have autonomy over my accounts. I get to enjoy something new every day. I get to travel to different parts of the territory. I have developed important sales experience.

      Inconvénients

      I travel in a car 3-5 days a week. I do not have any co-workers. The company is made up of three people. I work in an industry I am not passionate about. The industry is made up of middle aged adults. No room for career advancement.
