Avantages
Pretty laid back management style- and small team with great retention in return guest which turn into regulars.
Inconvénients
Small team =problems always within the team. Fight like family sorta thing. Work life balance is non existent unless you are the GM or the owners bffs so if you are lower management of any sort be ready to be working 60+ hrs a week and have your phone on you or you’ll have a million missed calls and texts. But that was really it and this was what 4 years ago? People change! Things change!
