Avantages
Lots of autonomy and encouraged to research new services and products, direction and objectives of company is very transparent and you always know the firm's goals and how they expect to get there.
Inconvénients
Management is very incestuous - almost as if they are suspect of anyone who knows more than they do. The atmosphere is more akin to a fraternity than a professional financial firm - if you are in you are golden despite your work product. I felt like I was the ugly step-sister even though my performance was of higher quality than most of my colleagues.
