A brilliant, innovative team, always in a positive mood! Working with RX has helped me to expand my skill set. Each team member contributes to the project in a collaborative way and the tasks are delegated in a way that ensures our workload is balanced. Accomplishments are always recognised and rewarded. Clear, actionable goals are created for the team. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful team!
Inconvénients
Sometimes, as we are dealing with shifting priorities we have to change tactics and take a different approach in the middle of a project. This is not necessarily a con, it's a challenge that we all rise to so far.
