      Avantages

      The team at Rutter's does a great job with training employees and giving them opportunities to grow. I learned a lot during my time working there and found corporate management to always be open to feedback and questions from those of us in the stores.

      Inconvénients

      Advancement can sometimes be tricky, as it really is up to the employee to figure out a career plan.

      There is no pros tho this establishment

      Inconvénients

      Management is unprofessional doesn't care about employees speaks down on you and treat you like a dog curses in your face we'll find any reason to get rid of you have you work multiple stations by yourself no acknowledgment of the hard work you put in only the things that you don't do right on their terms management is sleeping with each other so there's no one you can go to if there's any type of problems with management
