      Avantages

      The entire RSA family is close knit and friendly. The treat everyone with respect and warmth. Its a small company that does great big things, it feels like working with a team of friends more than coworkers

      Small company so not much room for growth within the company

      Avantages

      Highly respected company in the industry. Nice office space & kitchen, dogs are a nice plus to have around. Respected industry veterans come in and out. Free lunch on Fridays.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low full time wages, all money goes to the top. Poor CFO. Management doesn't care about employees well being, only that you get what they need from you. Not a company that is interested in cultivating talent or promoting within. I worked there for 2 years and no raise was given or discussed. The only way up is to grow elsewhere before being hired as an exec or be a freelance producer that works closely to the execs.
