      I feel the pay is decent, and the people are nice overall.

      Not much room for growth and not many benefits outside of medical and 401K

      Upper level leadership is approachable and involved Pay is fair Benefits are adequate

      Inconvénients

      Training is minimal Work, at least at my location, is solo and could really benefit from at least one other person on-shift as backup
