Inconvénients

Claims and delivery problems can be significant challenges. These issues not only consume a lot of time and energy from the team but can also negatively impact morale and motivation. When team members have to focus on resolving these problems instead of concentrating on sales and customer service, it can lead to decreased productivity and overall energy. If we could improve these processes or designate a specific person to manage these issues, we could free up more time and energy to focus on sales and creating positive customer experiences. This change would not only benefit the team but also contribute to the company’s growth and success.
