The 401k match is 50% up to the federal maximum (currently $18,500) and vested at 20% per year.

Rouse is constantly adding new clients and growing very fast. It is exciting being in a growing environment, but there is definitely no shortage of work. The management team likes employees to work from the office, but also is understanding if you need to work remotely from time to time.
