      Avantages

      You probably are looking at this want to apply to Rough Trade because music is your passion and you would get to work cool events. It's not worth it.

      Inconvénients

      You're working minimum wage with little to no coverage, if a co-worker calls out sick, you are left to work a shift by yourself. You're forced to pick up other people's shifts. There is no appreciation from the management at all or any form of organization either.
