      Avantages

      Good industry work with very pleasant co-workers. Regular pay increases (at least within my department). Great office spaces. Good inter-department communications. Very flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      Sudden changes in schedule & erratic changes to pipeline from seniors and HODs impacts our ability to give good results. Department is generally not well funded. HR department has issues. Company is gradually giving up their WFH policy.

      Avantages

      - A fun, enjoyable workplace where everyone including senior leadership and the CEOs maintains a great sense of humour and is easy to get along with. - Strong team culture that genuinely feels like being part of a big family. - Workloads can get busy, but the environment is supportive and never overwhelming. - Management is flexible when it comes to adjusting working hours to accommodate public transport availability. - Good flexibility with using Time in Lieu when you’re asked to stay back late.

      Inconvénients

      - A small Operations team meant the front desk could feel quiet or isolating on days when most staff were working from home. - As an on-site administrative support role, there are no opportunities for remote work.

      Management have a clear understanding of their business and priorities are communicated clearly.

      Inconvénients

      Need to be able to pivot quickly as schedules update quickly.
