Good coworkers and my supervisor is easy going. On the road and not tied down in an office. Paid mileage which is like another pay check each week
Inconvénients
Structure of bonuses. You have to sell 10k in jobs a week to get 5% bonus. If you don’t make that you get nothing except $500/wk salary which is less than minimum wage. You average 45-50 hrs a week. We just had a slow period where I didn’t hit the bonus for close to 7 weeks. Think they need to advertise more aggressively but we’re told they spend 50k/mo on google. There’s a multitude of restoration companies and they advertise all the time on radio and television. We have 2 commercials that you can see on the local news cast between 7-8am on the weekends, that’s the only time I’ve ever seen it
