      Inconvénients

      I haven't experienced any cons. The global nature of the business sometimes makes it hard to connect with international team members, but leadership do a good job of encouraging connection.

      Avantages

      I joined Rosterfy about a year ago. I’ve learnt a lot from the leadership team. I particularly enjoy working with some great customers who enjoy the product I enjoy working with the entire team, nice people and some very talented software engineers.

      Inconvénients

      The business is growing, and quickly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but that’s part of growing I suppose.

      Inconvénients

      - regional timezones can sometimes delay decision making - no other cons, all round terrific company to work for
