      Avantages

      Team work is always encouraged. Team members help each other in every possible way. The higher management keep the clients' interest as high priority but also make sure the employees are taken good care of and do not have to attend to unreasonable demands.

      Inconvénients

      We work remotely so that can help us feel slightly disconnected.

      Avantages

      Hires well - good young team, even if there is a non-existent culture.

      Inconvénients

      The founder is a poor leader across the board. He's a cowardly communicator who regularly engages in unethical treatment of clients and takes advantage of the younger employees. Most employees put up with the company because the work is so laid back and you can work from home. Rook is a fine place to work. Kyle is not a fine person to work for.
