      Avantages

      The Rockit Ranch team is one of the best there is at creating a "high-end" hospitality vibe for its client. As an employee, you can learn a lot about best practices for hospitality, client service skills, and event management. You *may* also encounter unique opportunities to advance in your career (they're rare, but can be big).

      Inconvénients

      Like almost any hospitality organization, they ask too much and give too little - not just in regards to compensation, but moreso in respecting work/life balance. Its a great place to cut your teeth when you're younger.

      Avantages

      I was permitted to host an event from start to finish and learn from some very successful young professionals. Worked on some fun projects and met some great people. Overall, my experience with with company was positive.

      Inconvénients

      The internship required a lot of menial tasks which many of the interns weren't able to get past. If you wanted to work on a special project, like the event that I hosted, then you really had to push hard for it. Interns who weren't able to maintain a positive attitude suffered for it. Job offers are rare but the experience is beneficial in itself. Leadership was a little a jumbled and messages were often contradicting.
