Hard to find one tbh!

Toxic culture and bad management.

Unfortunately there aren’t many. I met a few lovely people there and for that I’m greatful but everything else was terrible.

The owner Debbie needs to essentially retire. She has zero knowledge of the current industry and her head is in the clouds most of the time. There is no structure at all and they have such a huge turnover of staff. Whilst I was there I saw up to 10 people come and go. Debbie is dishonest and tells people what they want to hear when in reality the only person she cares about is herself. She employed her 21 year old daughter and made her a director despite having no experience in the industry. She got one of her account managers sacked as the client accused this employee of flirting with their husband and so between the two of them they made up a story to take her off the account and let her go stating the client no longer wanted to work with her. No organisation at all. Meetings take hours and nothing is discussed. It’s an old fashioned company with old fashioned methods.
