      Avantages

      The owners and management are supportive of new ideas or strategies brought to them. Open door policy at any level. Great place for junior entrepeneurs to learn the business and make money. Fabulous offices and showrooms in Manhattan, Miami, Las Vegas, California, Barcelona, and Amsterdam! (Sorry if I am not modest, but this company is also an intern's DREAM.) Family-like athmosphere. Not so much cold corporate.

      Inconvénients

      The merchandise sells so fast that sometimes the factory can't keep up with the demand which hurt sales. Lazy employees who can't keep up with the rapid growth of this company post negative reviews.

      Avantages

      Robin Ruth is interesting and fun place to work in. I've been able to grow into an entirely new role since I’ve started here. Two levels of managers above me have been going out of their way to help me progress my career, including asking about my career desires, suggesting new projects to build those skills, and giving me time to grow in those skills. Members of the team are very innovative and a lot can be learned from them. The bosses are always open to hearing how we can improve and new ideas. Everyone is very friendly!

      Inconvénients

      Some structure of the company can be improved but we have monthly meeting to discuss how to improve overall as a company.
