Inconvénients
A few inexperienced, self-serving managers dismissive of others but grabbing the limelight for successes achieved. Pays among the lowest salaries in publishing, as workloads increase on top of understaffing. Surprise layoffs, summer 2016, following freezes on raises and 401(k) matching. Turnover increased, including at executive level.
