      - Growing company so systems and processes aren't always as mature as they could be - More opportunities to connect with our US colleagues in person would be valuable

      Avantages

      Great Mentorship and culture for incoming associates. They were starting a team called Paragon for recruiting Senior level engineering talent. Cool Opportunity!
