Avantages

Good health, vision and dental insurance.

Inconvénients

High employee turnover. Offsite employees feel like a number to upper management. Upper management has lost touch with their employees at least in my location.

As a not-for-profit company, Riverside Research does not pay dividends to stakeholders, which enables us to reinvest back to our employees as well as other company-wide initiatives. Avantages

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Inconvénients

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
