      the pay was negotiable and dependent on certifications/experience

      no cons. It was during covid so it was difficult to keep up with the changes but the culture was enjoyable

      Inconvénients

      Limited promotional advancement. Public Health relies on Grant Funding. Many positions have been eliminated in the last 2 years (since 2023).
