      Avantages

      Lots of CPD excellent holidays and support from others working in the college. Excellent teamwork and team spirit and excellent facilities.

      Inconvénients

      Often given short notice to do things which can lead to undue stress and pressure to the staff. Due to this there can sometimes be a high turn over of staff.
