This is a place for people more concerned about their titles and salary than the quality of work environment or end result. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you don't see a whole lot of younger people working in digital. Restrictive business policies regarding dress code and personal equipment, among others, don't reflect a cultural value system that changes with the times.
