      Avantages

      High standards of outputs and many highly skilled employees. Good learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      The culture is somewhat 'in-grown' and some members of staff were treated very poorly. Poor communication between management and staff and high resistance to change. There is little to no flexibility in terms of work hours and location. Performance is not rewarded.

      Avantages

      Varied projects, on the whole a nice friendly bunch of people to work with. Excellent company reputation and prestigious projects. Good company values

      Inconvénients

      As it's a small company project teams sometimes bring in people lacking the relevant technical experience. Poor performance is not always well managed, and conversely good contributions not suitably recognised. Continuous development and training could be improved, especially for junior staff.
