      - STEPS team is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so anti-oppression minded and are really passionate about helping survivors. - Supervisors are amazing.

      Inconvénients

      - The larger Rising Ground culture can be super harmful and oppressive. - Pay should be significantly higher than it is.

      I had a horrible experience with a lack of support.

      Inconvénients

      provide disability services but couldn’t respect my disability accommodation for ADHD.
