      Avantages

      Good products and interesting subject matter.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic leadership that engages in and promotes a cut throat culture. There is lots of passive aggressive behavior throughout the business. In addition, there is selective enforcement of company policy with special rules for special people. I also observed open drug use in office by senior staff members. The average tenure of employees is very low.
