Its difficult for some people new to startups to allow the lines of responsibility to blur a bit. What your job looks like today, may morph slightly next week and the week after that. For me its a simple equation for people considering joining these types of organizations. Startup = Pitching in whenever & wherever necessary to meet the common goals
