      Avantages

      Fair salaries, work is recognised, there are plenty of career opportunities. The technical level is reasonably good. One of the best places in the Malaga area to work.

      Inconvénients

      Big gaps between roles, for less skilled positions or roles not requiring great experience this might drive to frustration. Likely to work extra hours (always paid though)

      Avantages

      The perks are well above average for Málaga, the pay is more than enough and people is amazing. You have a lot of freebies, FIFA tournaments and a really agile work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Mid level management is not as fluid as it should. Career progression as a automation QA is lacking. The current big project that we have is going too messy in my opinion.

      Avantages

      Riplife has strived to hire the best professionals available, so the level is quite high. Likewise they are generally wonderful people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management decisions seem to be taken on the fly without giving much thought to mid and long term implications. This leads to a sensation of uncertainty among employees.
