      Avantages

      Outstanding people who are dedicated, smart and kind. Great product and good tech platform with interesting projects coming up. New CEO Matt Mills and revamped leadership establishing. There is a new sense of energy and optimism after a very difficult last year. Good and sustainable work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      2025 was a very difficult year with an unpopular and controversial CEO appointment. We lost some great people. Thankfully that era is over, and whilst it is early, leadership is rebuilding to set the company up for a fresh start and future growth.

      Avantages

      The people are great to work with - smart, driven and fun. Leadership has vastly improved now the previous CEO has left, with a much more stable, calm direction being taken, to everyone's relief, which is beginning to pay off.

      Inconvénients

      Product leadership could be improved.

      I left my role of almost 10 years to join Ripjar and I’m glad I did! Whilst we’ve had a period of change which has been challenging at times, we finally have a leadership team in place that care about the future of Ripjar and are committed to making it great. This is the first place I’ve worked where I can honestly say the leadership team listen to their employees. I love working for a company that shares the passion of our products and everyone can see the difference our products can make. Well done for steadying the ship and setting us on course for great success. An exciting time ahead.

      Inconvénients

      There’s been a period of uncertainty but leadership have listened and actually put changes in place to resolve these issues.
