Avantages
No day is the same . Rinkit is consistently generating new ideas and growing. There is an opportunity for development in what was my department and every department here. Getting to work in the same office as the business owners / directors is a huge benefit and is testament to how Rinkit is run - Everybody is hands on and proactive. Outside of work there's usually 4 or 5 events a year that the whole office is invited to and involved in.
Inconvénients
There are not many, if any cons that immediately come to mind. Given that, no company is perfect! Perhaps a more structured approach to year to year business procedures would be beneficial. However, given it's a fast paced and growing company, I get the difficulties in keeping up with this!
