      Very dynamic and young. Great bunch of people to work with. Highly reccommend if you are at your early career (0-2 years) or you are a very experienced (15 years +)

      Inconvénients

      There is no HR systems in place - such as defined salary band, process for perfomance and salary evaluation. High attrition rate Poor Middle management
