Avantages
This is an agency going places. The people keep getting better and the focus is on producing great work. It's a good team atmosphere of smart, well meaning and hard working people. There is encouragement and support for people to be independent and lead. They really let you shape the agency. Competitive salary, benefits, vacation and summer hours make it a great place to work.
Inconvénients
Some of the old "talent" liked the sleepy old place it was and relied on the true talent to carry the load. Needless to say, there was friction.
