      Avantages

      Free food some day in the week and regular meetings to boost your knowledge within bostadsrätt/hyresrätt in Sweden.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of calls per day with not as many people working so you'd have to answer one call after another by yourself yet still be expected to have a good handling time per call.

      Avantages

      - financially stable company - one of the leading companies in Sweden in the construction sector - willing to become more sustainable, ISO 14001 certified - there is environmental management in the organisation

      Inconvénients

      - operating only on the Swedish market, so the only language is needed is Swedish - there are less opportunities for career and personal development, there are mainly seniors who work there - the company form makes it difficult to be more innovative in the field of sustainable development, which is a co-operating economic association i.e. hard to influence the construction firms and other suppliers (indirect influence mainly) to become more sustainable
