      Avantages

      - Great Work Culture. - Everything flows from top whether bad or good. -A lot of positive energy in the teams. - A healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. - Flexible working hours - Work and Fun go hand in hand. - Just an awesome place and was an excellent step in my career.

      Inconvénients

      So far in the short span that I have had there, I could not find anything that could write as negative.

      Avantages

      Everyone was very nice and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Besides my 2 managers, I never met in person any other Rigil employees. Was very harsh when a mistake was made. Training went on too long before getting to actual work.
