      Poor leadership hiring led to a disastrous cap table so equity upside is severely limited.

      Avantages

      Fully remote, simple work and there is support provided to get started with the role.

      Inconvénients

      They hired too quickly, and many people were in a situation where there was not enough work. There’s only one outcome when a company hires too many, too quickly, there’s not enough work, and the company tracks every minute of productivity.
