      Avantages

      Some great people on the shop floor.

      Inconvénients

      Management. They all got sacked from talents. Clueless. Bullying is rife. Place has really went down hill since 2023. A bunch of overpaid buffoons who get off bullying workers in minimum wage.

      Avantages

      Working dayshift only, some colleagues OK to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Clueless management, poor training on site, expected to just figure it out, manager just wanders around and shouts at you when you arent working quick enough, even though you have only been doing the job 3 hours. Nobody on the shop floor seems to really care and just desperate for the day to end. Unbelievable

      toilet are bad and some manager want you to work a lot !
