Good way start .. if you are in a sprinting stage and don't really care about health, personal time, over all personality growth and ok to deal with what ever comes your way (work and otherwise). You will learn a lot (work and otherwise). Definitely a good place to learn life skills and priorities along with work. Dynamic environment
Inconvénients
Get ready to be milked Your job responsibilities are not the "only" things you need to know or do, which is a pro a con! Biased management Appreciation/Salary not based on or not related/proportional to you work performance Communication in regional language which hinders broader outlook and causes inconvenience to others. Makes you feel under confident In-house politics!
