      Earning experience for junior staff, great brand,staff discount

      Inconvénients

      Working like slave, being paid under market price, after two years still working there would be wasted of time, no hope for promotion, almost all brands managers are transfer from overseas

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
