Good Parking Good department heads Descent Wage There are still a few good people left. Most have left or are currently looking to head to one of the neighboring counties that offer better working conditions for the employee with a family.
Inconvénients
Horrible Upper Management. NO work/life balance. When everyone else seems to be going into 2016,Rice county has stepped back to the mid 1990s. A No tolerance policy towards work/life flexible balance was recently put in place. Its hard working with Co-workers that don't care because they know they will be at a new job soon. No flexibility
