      Avantages

      Great people and at the time the hours suited me, although when I wanted to change there was no flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Not very flexible when wanting to change hours slightly and towards the end just felt like a face in a call centre, impersonal

      Avantages

      Great working environment with free hot drinks, board games and books available for quiet times during shifts. Plenty of coaching and support available during training and beyond. Great people, lots of young and older professionals. .

      Inconvénients

      Heavy adherence to FCA compliance required, and script based work, but there is room to develop your own selling style. Lots of opportunity to earn good commission for top sellers, but basic pay is disappointingly low, although there are annual pay reviews and increases after probation.

      low salaries, bad pay reviews and no opportunity to increase pay if project or additional work undertaken and successfully completed
