      Avantages

      - All, if not most teams are helpful and friendly - Might be good for fresh graduates to get a start - Pay is not too bad as long as you do not low ball yourself

      Inconvénients

      - Questionable coding practices - No proper training and if there is it could be too late or not useful - Workload is very random and can be different on different teams - No reason to stay long (Not much career opportunities) (People come and go) - Showed possibility of remote work but do not seem to favor it

      Friendly colleagues. Technically easy as no new framework/technology used, just copy/amend use existing stuff

      No code management/review/follow best practice Tech stack used is very old
