No . Management can build any kind of prospective for you they don't judge you on basis of your work. They judge on behalf of what their previous employees say. They don't seek your consent. They can terminate anyone anytime without giving any prior warring. They think themselves of a career guidance platform but actually they run a BPO where 65 connected calls per day is mandatory even when they do not have leads. They even deleted my previous review and threatened me to delete the review or else they will lodge a complaint against me.
