      Avantages

      Great staff, everybody in the same boat.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not care about employee, just about profit margin. They say agile, but we do not follow proper processes. One delivery manager will be accountable for the complete project, with a technical team who will not support you. Software is outdated, very code focused. You are expected to work 10-12 hours on weekdays.

      Flexible and Remote. Not bad as a last option if you desperately need a job but don't count on it for long term

      Inconvénients

      Bad leadership and Management. Outdated technology and Product. Toxic and Dysfunctional workplace.
