Gosh where do I begin?
Generally it can be expected that most public listed companies are profit driven and care about that more than people (a sad but unfortunately common reality), but this company is really next level with this. They are extremely arrogant and foolish. What becomes very clear here is this company is so money driven they forget their own supposed values. Making a quick sale is more important than managing and importantly solving customer's issues. Happy to lose loyal long term customers for some short sighted revenue. They treat employees the same way. Imposing sales targets that aren't conducive to market conditions; no consultation process takes place with this. They expect you to hit these numbers yet put obstacles in your way which impede you. The sales manager is a nice guy but pretty thick. He can't read a room and is tone deaf when it comes to our jobs (I doubt he's even done actual sales before yet he's the manager?? Lol) The Techs are treated like crap and one was even asked to cut their bereavement leave short in the name of helping the ops manager get more numbers! One of the biggest insults is their mantra of "Your Voice Counts" - it really doesn't. In fact if you do speak up and you aren't "in" with management (many of which promoted to there after first failing at their previous roles here - WTF????), you're basically out.
Broken promises and lip service is the norm here - Seriously looking for something else now...
