Some very nice and approachable people in the workplace. Leadership have little focus on what most individual contributors are working on from day to day so you can get away with doing very little.
Inconvénients
If you have any other viable employment options strongly consider them above this company. The company is mainly run by former executives from the car rental/wholesale industry who lack the expertise and tact to operate a software business. Leadership has misled and deceived employees. Another review mentioned the change of bonus structure and this is just one of many examples. Unfortunately this culture has negatively impacted other otherwise decent management figures. Unpopular decisions will be blamed on "the board", who seem to undermine leadership constantly. Software is poor but usuable. However, it is riddled with inconsistency, quick ad hoc approaches and technical debt. Needs major refactoring to scale with any efficiency. Company priorities change regularly and have wholesale impacts. Often feels like spinning wheels in the muck. The original product and its target market is narrowing as vehicle manufacturers offer their own integrated and lower cost solutions. The company is often unwilling or ineffective at hiring the skills required to drive the company forward.
