Avantages

You do get nights, Sundays and most holidays off So the schedule is better than most retail jobs, but the stress is not worth it.

Inconvénients

There is nothing rewarding about this job, or working on the retail side of this company in general. You are "renting" used merchandise and charging an absurd amount of money to people who can't afford to pay cash and don't have access to credit. You will get cursed out everyday by customers you are tying to collect from. Your DM might lambaste you for collecting overdue accounts if the store is not getting sales to replace the losses. You will always be damned if you do or damned if you don't on this job. The only reason I gave it two stars is because you do get nights, Sundays and most holidays off, the schedule is better than most retail jobs. But te stress is not worth it. If it's your only option, take it, but keep your options open & please work on an exit plan.

Avantages

The benefits can be decent, there are growth opportunities, and if you’re lucky, you work with a great team.

Inconvénients

Poor management on many levels. From a store level, extending to corporate, the “leadership” needs work on their people skills. People are only capable of handling so much, and the lack of support from upper management makes it harder to work day to day. Additionally, the goalpost is always moving. If you manage to exceed their expectations, completing those same goals will no longer be good enough. The lack of support when it comes to customer abuse is embarrassing. We’re in 2026 and we should want to support the teams that are keeping the company running. Corporate is out of touch with reality. Anyone making over 6 figures a year no longer view customers as people, but as numbers. It doesn’t matter what horrid stories you hear on a daily basis, they are expected to bend to standards that shouldn’t exist anymore.
