Avantages
The instant camaraderie among employees within departments, from the moment you set foot inside the corporate office building, is heartwarming.
Inconvénients
Mid level management lacks training in said title/job. There is a superiority complex along with the closed mind or "do as I say" mentality which accompanies most senior level management and unfortunately trickles town to mid management - leaving front line employees to take the brunt.
