At Renaissance we take diversity, equity, and inclusion seriously and we’ve been working on implementing a variety of changes to help employees of color grow and develop their skills to move up in the company. For example, we’ve recently partnered with McKinsey to offer a leadership development program to our Black employees, we trained managers in how to avoid bias in performance reviews, and we have created Employee Resource Groups to help facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities across the organization.
