You have a real sense of helping the industry by working here - the books, online resources and magazine offered include a wide variety of information that is utilized globally - this really makes you feel good about the work you do.

Disorganized - The company has a concrete direction, but no clear way to execute that direction at times. Poor management - Office managers are in and out due to a lack of autonomy and being micromanaged by top management.

Read every single one of these reviews. They're all true. I'm here but actively looking. The turnover here is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Two people left in the past month. I'm trying to be next. This company is a hot mess. The owner, Terry, talks to us like we're stupid and we don't matter. He says one thing and changes it a day later then berates us for not knowing the change. Maura, who's also Terry's girlfriend, will say to do something one way, then Terry scolds her in front of everyone because that's not what he wanted. Maura is an instant-gratification person. When she needs something, she needs it NOW. She calls us at 7am or after 8pm, or on the weekend. She has no boundaries. There is absolutely no onboarding and no training. There is an HR person but she basically does the hiring and HR admin stuff; nothing else. Thankfully the rest of the team is very helpful. Seriously, if you value your sanity and want any kind of work-life balance, stay far away from this place.
